Meetings, Events and Conferences
Conferences & Visitor Services provides administrative and logistical support for hosting educational conferences, summer camps and other similar non-credit programs and events.
For external meeting planners wishing to hold a program on campus, we coordinate a full range of campus services including meeting space, transportation and catering. During the summer, our expanded service list includes on campus lodging and meal plans in the dining hall. For campus faculty and staff, we are your in-house resource for planning the logistics of your conference, seminar or meeting throughout the year. Whether your program is held on or off campus, our department provides experienced, knowledgeable staff to guide you through all phases of the meeting planning process.
