Conferences and Meeting Planning Services

The Office of Conferences and Visitor Services provides administrative support for hosting educational conferences, camps and other similar non-credit programs and events.

• Conference and Event Services
  
  CVS is the one-stop shop for holding meetings, conferences, and events on campus. We can coordinate a full range of campus services including meeting space and catering. During the summer, our expanded service list includes on-campus lodging and meal plans in the dining hall.
  
  
• Meeting Planning Services
  
  Throughout the year, CVS staff are available to assist University of Maryland faculty and staff who desire to host conferences either on campus or at off campus locations.
